Origin: Wolf was bred at the Slovenian Institute of hop Research and Brewing in Žalec and released for production in 2016

Agronomics: 1700-2200 kg/ha, resistant to powdery mildew

Alpha acids: 13.5-17.5 %

Beta acids: 5.0-6.0 %

Co-humulone: 22-24 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 3.0-4.0 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: passion fruit, mango, melon, menthol, lemongrass

Myrcene: 50-60 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 2-4 % of whole oil

Humulene: 5-9 % of whole oil

Farnesene: 4-6 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: high alpha variety with intense aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, first and third or dry hopping
