Agronomics: midseason variety with loose bigger cones
Alpha acids: 6.5-8.5 %
Beta acids: 7.0-8.5 %
Co-humulone: 28-30 % of alpha acids
Total oil: 0.9-1.2 ml / 100 grams
Aroma profile: fresh citrus to freshly zested lime peel
Myrcene: 33-37 % of whole oil
Caryophyllene: 7-9 % of whole oil
Humulene: 15-18 % of whole oil
Farnesene: 6-8 % of whole oil
Recommended use and hopping: leaf hops or pellets type 90, first kettle addition up to dry hopping
