Spectrum is a new unique hop extract produced from hop pellets by a specific extraction process. It is a 100 % natural product without any additives

The main advantage to use such product are easy application, more effective use of hop oils, much lower beer losses and better vessel cleaning

Typical use in a secondary fermentation vessel, you would use replacement ration of 1 kg of Spectrum: 5-8 kg of hop pellets.

We recommend you put the extract into warm water bath, dilute in beer and dose

Spectrum contains trace amounts of non-isomerized alpha acids

Spectrum extract is packed into 1 and 5 kg plastic pails, store at 4-15°C. With lower temperatures it might form crystals. Use within 14 days after opening
