Beer production from malt extracts starts by diluting malt extracts in hot
water and then continues as wort boiling with hops. Following steps are
the same as with malt.
The main advantages producing beer from
malt extracts compare to malt are:
- less investment
- stable beer quality
- time saving of 8-12 hours per
each brew
- simplification of beer
production - no milling, no mashing and no lautering
- no difficulties with spent
grains
