Malt is the main raw material for beer production.Czech malt is produced from high quality spring malting barley varieties and has very high reputation world-wide.
We deliver Czech malt from malt factories in Bruntal, Litovel and Prostejov. We also exclusively represent Swaen, craft malt factory from Holland, in the Czech Republic, more information about Swaen at https://www.theswaen.com
Malt is available from our warehouse in Louny, we can also ship small amounts by PPL or bigger quantities with either DSV or GEIS

Pilsner
Available
- delivers typical malty aroma and gold color
- color: 3-4 EBC, extract dry matter: 80 - 83 %, proteins: 9 - 11,5 %
Munich
Available
- used in production of semi dark, dark and special beers
- color: 8 - 18 EBC, extract dry matter: 79 - 82%, proteins: 10 - 11,5 %
Pale Ale
Available
- use for production of ale beers and premium lager beers
- Colour: 6-9 EBC, extract dry: min. 81 %
Vienna
Available
- Increases slightly colour, the body and the fullness of the beer
- Colour: 9-12 EBC, extract dry : min. 79 %
Wheat

- used in production of wheat and top-fermented beers
Caramel
Available
- delivers typical caramel taste, used mainly in production of dark beers, produced as light, dark and extra dark
- color: 20 - 350 EBC, extract dry matter: 75 - 79%, proteins: 10 - 11,5 %
Roasted

- delivers distinct roasted aroma, used for dark and special beers
- color: 800-1400 EBC, extract dry matter: min. 72 %, proteins: 10 - 11,5 %
