Origin: Spalter Select is the German fine aroma variety released in 1993

Brewing characteristic: fine aroma hops with very good aroma profile, high farnesene

Agronomics: 1800-2100 kg/ha, moderate pickability, small cone

Alpha acids: 3.0-6.0%

Beta acids: 2.5-5.0%

Co-humulone: 21-27 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.6-0.9ml / 100 grams

Aroma: hoppy, slightly flowery

Myrcene: 15-25% of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 5-11% of whole oil

Humulene: 10-20% of whole oil

Farnesene: 15-22% of whole oil

Recommended use and hopping: as hop pellets type 90 or 45, second and third hopping
