Since December we have two new hop varieties for you. Cluster is one of the oldest varieties grown in the United States, usable for aroma and bitterness. Eclipse is a new Australian variety, usable mainly for aroma.

The harvest of Czech hops began last week. First, Saaz, premiant is harvested, followed by hybrid varieties such as Kazbek, Sladek, Agnus and others. The harvest will take about a month.

The 2021 harvest from New Zealand is already available. We have those varieties - Rakau, Wai - iti, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Organic, Motueka and Wakatu. More information at www.brelex.cz or email pochmann@brelex.cz
