Origin: Motueka is a triploid variety with 1/3 of Saaz parentage called also as Saaz B

Brewing characteristic: unique aroma and well balanced bitterness, high farnesene level

Agronomics: 1400- 1700 kg/ha, loose cones

Alpha acids: 6.5-7.5 %

Beta acids: 5.0-5.5 %

Co-humulone: 26-30 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.7-0.9 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: hoppy, mild citrus flavor

Myrcene: 40-50 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 2-5 % of whole oil

Humulene: 3-6 % of whole oil

Farnesene: 10-14 % of whole oil

Recommended use and hopping: pellets type 90, first kettle addition to late addition, dry hopping
