Origin: Mandarina is the new German flavor hop variety selected from US Cascade and Huell male, grown commercially from 2012

Agronomics: +/- 2200 kg / ha, good resistance to powdery and downy mildew

Alpha acids: 7.0-10.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0- 7.0 %

Co-humulone: 31-35 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.8-2.1 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: fruity aroma with tangerine and citrus notes

Myrcene: 45-55 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 2-5 % of whole oil

Humulene: 5-15 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: flavor hops with specific aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as hop pellets or leaf, third and dry hopping
