Origin: new US high alpha hop variety from Idaho released in 2021

Agronomics: 1900-2100 kg / ha

Alpha acids: 11.0 - 14.0 %

Beta acids: 5.0-7.0 %

Co-humulone: 35-40 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.5-2.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: tropical fruit, cherries, bubblegum, floral

Myrcene: 50-60 % of whole hop oils

Caryophyllene: 4-6 % of whole hop oils

Humulene: 16-20 % of whole hop oils

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole hop oils

Brewing characteristic: variety with unique hop aroma which can be used alone or in a blend

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, third hopping, dry hopping
