Hop blends

Hop Blends are produced in given ratio from hop varieties to gain unique hop aroma and flavor, single hop variety could not generate.

These blends are pelletized into hop pellets and packed into 5 kg foils. 

For Production year 2024 you can order:

Turkey Pick (not available) = blend from NZ produced in ration of 33 % Motueka + 34 % Riwaka + 33 % Moutere. It has a unique intense aroma of tropical fruits and citrus. Alpha acids 15-16 %, beta acids 7-8 %, hop oils 1.5 ml/ 100 gram

Revolution Blend (not available) = blend from NZ produced from Nelson Sauvin 50 % + Motueka 20 % + Pacific Sunrise 20 % + Riwaka 10 % created with a help of some local brewers. Alpha acids 11-12 %, beta acids 6 %, hop oils 2.2 ml/ 100 gram

Trident (available) = blend from Pacific Nortwest from the USA, unique citrusy and fruity aroma, alpha acids 11-14 %, beta acids 5-5 %, hop oils 2,0-3,0 %

Aloha (available) = a special blend of a mixture of selected "flavor" hops from Germany and Yakima Valley, USA with aromas of citrus fruits and black currant, alpha acid content 8-10%, 1.2-1.6% essential oils, in the Hawaiian language it means Hello
