Origin: Equinox is a new flavor hop variety released in 2014

Agronomics: 1900-2400 kg/ha, compact cone

Alpha acids: 12.0-14.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0-5.0 %

Co-humulone: 31-36 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 2.5-3.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: citrus, tropical fruit, herbal, fresh peppers

Myrcene: 40-50 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 8-12 % of whole oil

Humulene: 12-18 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: high alpha hop variety with unique aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: pellets type 90, first and second hopping, dry hopping
