Co-humulone: 22-24 % of alpha acids
Total oil: 1.2-1.4 ml / 100 grams
Aroma: fruity, pineapple notes, coconut, melon
Myrcene: 25-40 % of whole oil
Caryophyllene: 11-13 % of whole oil
Humulene: 26-29 % of whole oil
Farnesene: ˂1 % of whole oil
Brewing characteristic: Cashmere has higher alpha and humulene level than Cascade, strong melon, lemon, pineapple, coconut notes
Recommended use and hopping: as leaf hops or pellets type 90, third hopping, dry hopping
